The Works: $65 Per Screen

You provide the artwork in an acceptable format and we’ll provide the following to you:

  • Printing the film positive

  • Providing a brand new aluminum frame screen (20” x 24”)

  • Exposing your image/s into the screen

  • You’ll receive a screen that’s ready to go onto the press and start printing

  • Artwork Specs: Minimum 300dpi at the size you want it printed

  • Provide the dimensions of the preferred print size so we can verify.

Re-Burn: $35 Per Screen

*Please allow at least 5 business days for this service due to required drying times of the reclaim/coating process.

 

Have your screen from last time and need a new image burned on it?

  • We will reclaim and degrease your screen

  • Re-coat with emulsion

  • Re-burn the new image

  • Artwork Specs: Minimum 300dpi at the size you want it printed

  • Provide the dimensions of the preferred print size so we can verify.

*We will not accept old screens that are not in useable condition or have mesh that has separated from the frame. Please remove all tape and ink residue before dropping off.

Just The Film: $5 Per SF

Maybe you have your own exposure unit at home but need higher quality film transparencies. We’ll provide you with just the film positive. Artwork must be provided with the following requirements:

  • Minimum 300dpi at the size you want it printed

  • Provide the dimensions of the preferred print size so we can verify.

*This is just a printing service, we will not be re-sizing or modifying your artwork at all so if you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out. You can also review our Printing Guidelines page for an overview of spec requirements.

Ink Mixing: $50 Per Quart

Add on: Soft Hand Additive: $20/Quart

Need a specific color ink for a job you’re printing?

  • Specify the Pantone color you’d like and we’ll mix a full quart for use at home or while using the press in our studio.

  • Our primary ink system is a Phthalate-Free plastisol ink that’s opaque enough to print on dark shirts without an underbase in most cases.

  • Get a separate quart of the soft hand additive to add to your ink (up to 10% by volume) to soften your prints or reduce the opacity for an even more faded/vintage look and feel.

*This ink must be cured by heat at 300º for at least 30 seconds. It will not air dry like some water based inks.
